I cant seem to find any info regarding using organic food colouring with e-juice.
Does anyone have any advice on this as with Halloween coming I was thinking about making a couple of colourful concoctions but an reluctant to without any input on this matter

I'd advise against it to be honest. Flavourings themselves are a bit of an unknown quantity but adding colourings just seems to be taking a further unecessary risk (no matter how slight). Better to err on the side of safety.

But I don't know if it's something I'd want to do.
