I gave up a year ago today.
Worst year if my life by far (I lost my mum). But thanks to the support of friends and the community in this forum I've been tempted but haven't touched a stinkie once.
I'm also down to 4-6mg nic.
I'm in no hurry to stop vaping though. I enjoy both the community and the vaping itself.
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the support and advice.

I decided to quit this time last year because I thought I'd I could get through it and not go back to stinkies surely I'd be able to cope with anything without going back to them.
Besides the odd few days its been astonishingly easy. Suppose because vaping has become a hobby. New shinies. New liquids etc.
