Sounds just about typical for council workers (no offence to any on here, hope you are part of the small minority) It is just like the Lolly Pop man who was forced to resign because of "high fiving" kids AFTER (Note the word AFTER lol  ) they crossed the road!, The reason the council moaned is because a Lollypop person must have one hand on the "lollypop" and the other to stop the cars....... so yeah, really, CLEARLY the council are SO busy. Pathetic. And refraining from going on a rant hehe (I will behave!) |
