This can't be right!! Both purchased from eCigWizard in the B&M store. OH's went a few days ago, lights up as normal, no power to clearo, when putting it in the charger the light stays solid green and the button light on the battery stays off. I've read about giving the plate at the top of the battery a little lift, done that numerous times, no change. Now it's happened to my battery that I bought from them on Saturday. Again, lifting the plate slightly hasn't fixed it. Both are clear and dry from any juice, as is the charger. It could be bad luck but I think it's odd 2 batteries kaput within 7 days of purchase. Is there anything else I can try? OH and I are down to 1 battery to share now, not good.

You really need to get in touch with the vendor Sassy & if it was me i would ask for a refund & buy from somewhere else, i would be thinking yeah maybe 1 could be faulty but 2 it doesn't sound good.

It does sound like the centre pin. The difficulty is lifting it enough to re-establish the contact but not too much so as to pull the pin out. A mm at a time is the trick. Did you use the same atty on both batteries?

We have about twenty of these things, in constant use, all purchased about four months ago. They work perfectly all the time. However, I am reading about a lot of people having problems similar to yours. It has me wondering if the PCB's or the internal cells have been changed or sourced from elsewhere for and during manufacture. Whatever, it is unacceptable that this is happening, so I suggest you make good use of your consumer rights, Sassy. Jag. (Betting she gets a full refund .....)

Used 3 different evods on them OK, I only ask because sometimes there's a rogue atty with a sticky-outy centre pin which pushes too far down on the battery. PM me your details and I'll lend you a spare Riva to see you through until you can get yours sorted.

Take the batteries AND the charger back to the shop and see if they can sort them out.
Good luck!

I would certainly contact ecig wiz as soon as poss and tell them your position.
Do you use the same charger for the twist?
Hard luck Sassy, these things are sent to annoy us.

I'm sure you already know this Sassy, but don't tighten the atty down too much onto the battery......just until it makes contact, as this will push the pin in & cause lack of contact......definitely sound like the centre pin.

So so kind of you, but I shall pass Really could do without the petrol but we're gonna pop to the B&M shop tomorrow and get it sorted, still not sure if I want to exchange or refund. I would refund but that'll leave us all weekend with 1 battery between us and he's not at home all day over the weekends whereas I am so an exchange would be more practical but I don't want a repeat! I'm also a bit worried this is user error and don't want to break yours!!! I would certainly contact ecig wiz as soon as poss and tell them your position. Do you use the same charger for the twist? Bloody right it's annyoed me Gonna give them a call before we go tomorrow, I'm sure I remember them having a sign up saying something about returns of starter kits (could just be the clearo part though as they are disposable) but best to double check before we make the journey.

Sassy make sure you take the WHOLE SET UP with you, then the ECW staff can look and see where the problem lies. ECW are a long established vendor and should have a good customer satisfaction policy, I'm fairly certan you'll come out of this OK.
