As Des says, Sassy - take everything including the charger and whatever you were using on top. There's a lot of problems at the moment with dodgy/incompatible chargers - so it's usually easier to find the problem if everything involved is available to test. There are some chargers on the market at the moment that will only ever charge one type of battery and are lacking any protection - I believe Trading Standards are dealing with it at the moment. ECW don't sell any of the dodgy ones, just for clarity

Thanks everyone! I gave them a quick call, young girl answered and she didn't seem quite to know what to say but I know they were advertising for call centre staff a couple of weeks ago so maybe she's still learning the ropes, she was really pleasant though. We have both receipts so will head there tomorrow will everything in tow (good idea DiscoDes!) and let you know. In normal situations I'd get a refund but it's gonna make things awkward and OH will increase his stinkies without doubt, he's still not managed to quit them totally so we'll go for an exchange and keep fingers crossed.

All sorted!
The lovely girl who served us last week was there, and remembered us (always nice!) she screwed both batteries into a multimeter thingy and they were indeed dead, all exchanged with no problem and we have a fresh 3 month guarantee with both.
Brilliant!

I knew Ecigwizard wouldn't let you down.
Their ego batteries are pretty damn good, in my opinion. They put out a regulated (constant) 3.7 volts (like evod batteries) - giving the same vape regardless of how charged they are, rather than some that start off with a higher voltage which then drops down.

Thumbs up indeed! Really pleased! I've now got my twist back, OH has his usual one replaced and now I have my back up again. All is well in the world!
