Just wondered if anyone has used any natural herbs/spices in their flavourings. Fennel seeds give a good aniseed flavour, let them steep in a bit of PG or Vodka for a week and you will end up with good 'pernod' flavour juice.

Never tried any natural infusions Stormwatch, I'm not into cookery in any way shape or form so don't have stuff like this in the house. But I guess it's worth experimenting with if you do.
