After a long time searching for the Magoo as most of them where out of stock I did get one from here, www.e-smokes.it/ order placed last week. After 3 days in waiting I decided to email them to see if I can track it and they said they are still waiting for the Magoo to arrive,  but before I placed the order the Magoo was still seen available on their site!! Its a nightmare dealing with this vendor last Friday he said if its OK if he will send an Ithaka or the money ,I replied back and ask to see the Itahka but no reply yet. Now it seems they put it on their site but I'm afraid it is a clone . www.e-smokes.it/en/compra/ithaka-rba-2900732. What I must do get this Itahka, wait for the Magoo or see how I get my money back  |

How did you pay Melita? If it was via PayPal then you do have the option of opening a dispute, if all else fails.

One shouldn't have to open a dispute.
This is simple business, with the advantage of a website that can be updated regularly. Indeed, even a stock status can be given to customers, and should be IMHO.
Raise hell with them, I would.

When I tried to add the Magoo to my cart yesterday it said it was out of stock. Just tried it again with same result. I ordered a Magoo yesterday from Vaperus. It is the only place I could find that seemed to still have stock. I hope they do.
