Ain't got a clue i didn't go that far to paypal, unless it's something to do with paypal exchange rate i ain't got a clue, maybe contact vaperus and ask if they will accept bank transfer.

Vaperus is irish so paypal would use euro. I just added to cart €74.99 used aaec code (discount of €7.49 ) leaving €67.50.

Google converts €67.50 to 57.62 British Pound Sterling
