From my reading of the thread he may not be a 'troll' but he was clearly hell-bent on winding up other members - I would call him a 'wind up merchant' but that's just my view.

His tone throughout was intensely patronising, and he lost no time in attacking other members' characters and morals simply because they disagreed with his personal stance on clones. He certainly suggested that 'Fiddles' was dishonest (at least that's my reading of his post).

Whatever the merits of his stance I think his behaviour was unacceptable. I welcome his 7 day suspension, and hope he will return with a better and more respectful attitude to other members' opinions.

You make a good point.

However, he may just have a gruff personality. Many people do.

He was however on his "Clone" post given a pretty rough ride. When I read that thread I felt like a kid in a playground watching someone get bullied by several other kids. I would be lying if I said I didn't feel the need to stand up for him in that thread. He expressed an opinion, if that opinion was well expressed is debatable, but it was nevertheless merely his opinion.

Anyway, this is all now redundant as the powers that be have made their decision.

My point is this; It takes all sorts to make a World.

I think it all started to get out of hand when the personal insults began. I believe in freedom of speech on forums as that is what they are supposed to be for but how can someone insult someone on a personal level when they haven't even met them.

There are too many keyboard warriors on forums, thankfully this forum has fewer than most.

I noticed him (jimmy) a while ago buy a sigeli 19 from a group buy over on ECR then receive something to mod the switch free of charge from another member, then sell it on days later (albeit for slightly less than he payed). I was a bit miffed about what he did at the time as I felt that it was a bit out of order to do so.

Regardless of the whole clone debate, to blatantly rip off a fellow vaper in a person transaction is just so wrong

Just to balance, might it be worth sending on samples to people in the know to see if they also think that it's not actually GVC? before condemning him?

Yes i can send samples out .But the point is that jimmy as had plenty of notice now to get back to me so theres deffo something amiss
