Restocking is a good sign , whenever you are waiting on a item it always changes to restocking before getting shipped.
Think about it, they had none in stock so you had to wait, now they restocking ready to ship on the 6th.

My order of the VTR, on the 29th is also restocking. Love Vaping, are selling them @ £64.99, same price as epack. But whilst ordering on their site, if you do a facebook like, you'll get a 3% discount....£63.00 Griff @spikeyfridge

Mine also has changed to restocking.

I sent FT a ticket yesterday as it was due to be posted on 4th November and this is the reply:

Thank you for ordering from FastTech.

We apologize that the item you purchased SKU1504902 is currently out of stock due to the production problem, we have been looking for alternative sources of supply these days, but we could not find it from the markets or manufacturers.

Sorry for causing you such an inconvenience, the suppliers is not able to provide the stock within 3 days, would you mind have an exchange? Or if you prefer to have a refund for this item, please let me know and I will arrange for you right away.

Thanks a lot for choosing FastTech.com, and we are sorry again for any inconveniences caused.

Well, yes, because FastTech are not an Innokin reseller and it looks like Innokin has no intention of making them such, since they want to control the retail price of their devices.

So it would appear the "restocking" at FT means they haven`t got it and most likely never did

I await a reply to my email to FT and if I get the same reply as you have lemental then I will opt for a full refund.

That's been clear for a while but FT have continued to source and stock new Innokin products.  I've asked them to leave the order open and if I don't see any progress in the next week or so, I'll cancel too.

Mine is the same, just looked at it. They are bullshitting for sure. My order was in less than an hour after it was listed. Restocking my effin ass Handy thing for them to do if they are having a bit of a cashflow problem, just stick an expensive item on sale at a good price and wait for the money to flood in.

They really need to stop selling stuff that they obviously dont have in stock, all this "ships in 5 days" etc is a real PITA.

THE LISTING I ORDERED FROM IS STILL SHOWING "SHIPS IN 15 DAYS".

robby I agree. Essentially what they do with a lot of new products is put us on a pre-order list and want payment before they can 100% confirm that they will get the product in.

It seems to work well for them with most of their 'in demand' stuff but it looks like the VTR situation is a bit of a cock up.

Ordered my VTR on the 29/10, and I'm certain that it said "ships in 3 days", after which the old 15 days blurb, started popping up...
I'm not desperate for it, so I'll leave them with the problem, of sourcing and supplying....
Anyway, because of another issue, regarding a MPV 2 order, that has not been delivered, they have very kindly offered me a free gift.. www.fasttech.com/p/1367500 which I have declined. Telling them that an iclear 30, is more suitable for my orders with them.......
