I know I said I would make 10ml vanilla custard variations and mass produce the best... but this happened Oops! I went for a slight variation of the tried and tested so positive it will be good. Its 100ml of 50/50 @ 10 mg Went for 20% vc, 5% vd, 5% ddl and 1% em Now the wait!

I tried a similar mix a few weeks back
So i concocted 5ml samples 1. VC 17% FVD 5% EM 2%
2. VC 17% FVD 5% Em 2% DDL 2%
3. VC 17% FVD 10% Em 2% DDL 2%
4. VC 17% FVD 5% EM 2% DDL 5%
5. (Romelees) VC 25 FVD 6 EM 2 (only sweetener i have atm)
no.2 was my favourite

And my latest Custardy experiment has been: 16% VC 4% FVD 2% D de L 1% Sweetener 1% Vanillin Ever so similar to Jcol's 2nd recipe . . . I rather like it.

Oi, you lot, cut it out!!!!!!!!I'm bracing myself for some recipe updating time and weather permitting (I have just SO much to do in the garden to winterise!), and all you bleddy buggers do is come up with countless variations on VC recipes which will all have to be uploaded - GRRRRR!!!! Joking aside for a moment, would the assembled multitudes be happy to perhaps ask those lovely Moderators jess, Chrissie, Perpetua and Karma to link this thread to the Vanilla Custard Recipes thread to save me making up what I calculate as 9 different recipes? Many thanks in advance, lovely peeps!
