at 12mg nic, doesn't sound so bad? I alternate 18 - 24mg and do about 3 to 4 so no, sounds OK to me (unless I'm overdoing it ... )

I'm using 18mg nic and got through about 8ml in 2 and a half days. But thats with no stress. It will probably go up quite a bit if I get a stressful (or boring) day. Also I'm using quite strong tasting tobacco flavours, when I get to the tasty flavours (vanilla, coffee etc) it might go higher too. I suspect that the hardware you use might make a difference too. I'm using an Evod with 25ohm head, so might slow the delivery rate down a little, whereas a head with a lower resistance (say 18ohm) might use the juice up a little quicker as I think it burns a little hotter.
So 5 - 6ml at 12mg nic is probably not much more nic intake then pep and I getting.

Hello and welcome, bracken I think you will know if you over-vape as I am sure you would feel some side effects such as a headache etc. If you feel okay with what you are vaping then it is probably okay. How much you get through depends on your clearomiser. Dual coils etc use up juice much faster. Also if you use a strength that is too weak you may vape more to compensate. It may also be because you have some new gear to play with. I always vape more then but it usually settles down again. Congratulations on giving up the analogues too!

Congratulations Bracken for doing so very well. I can only echo what has been said about eliquid consumption, I generally use between 5-10ml a day, it's considerably healthier for me than smoking 40/50 cigs a day, so I don't worry about.

Hi People -still going strong -vape happy Planning to buy a couple of the iclear 16 clearomisers but got a bit confused as it says it is Resistance: 2.0 ohm and should not be used on an ego battery, my battery is Riva 1100 style (assume same as ego) - but read some people say it will work fine on my kit? -any thoughts on this? -noted myepack have them on sale at £3.49 is this a good price do you think? Thanks again

The 2.0 ohm should be fine on your Riva battery

(I am going to order 2 or 3 and 10 heads ASAP) 2.0ohm heads are find for eGo/Riva batteries. Sometimes Rivas don't like certain eGo fittings, but that's usually fixable.
