The end bolt head will actually travel 6mm down inside the main Buddy body and every bolt was tested to make sure that they will reach the 1.5mm drill bit all be it a little stiff at first.
I left the bolt head level with the body after having run each bolt fully in and out 4 times, but the bolt may well be a little stiff from new. It will screw down easier after a little use.
If it is very stiff, you can withdraw the bolt and pop a little Vaseline on the thread of the bolt.

Just coiled my kayfun lite for the very first time using a microcoil made on this with cotton wool, 13 turns of .25 kanthal coming in at exactly 2 ohms. Filled it up with PVC and I've gotta say the difference is amazing! Lots more vapour for a start, the lounge looks like its full os smog! and the flavour is much more pronounced than before. On another thread I said only this morning that the iatty was my best performing silica rebuildable, well this rebuild with cotton and a microcoil is definitely making me think again
I Keep my kayfun solely for vanilla custard and the microcoil/cotton combo puts it on a different level and so easy to set up with the little coil buddy! Nice one Neil *cheers*
