Well Ive run out of nic but a kilo has been ordered from the group buy which should be landing late November, Im wondering rather than waste these steeping weeks would it be worth while doing some mixes with a longish steep time without the nic and then just adding it when it turns up?
Would this lower the overall steep time on say VC?

I dont know the answer to your question but my gut feeling would be not to. Reason being that i think of a major part of the steeping is to blend the nic and flavour concentrate; with the view that the pg/vg are just carriers then it renders the idea of steeping early without the nic null and void( in effect 50% of the ingredients list being steeped is missing if the nic is nt in it and adding the nic late in the game gives an off balanced finish. Just my theory and only an opinion and as i say i dont know the answer proper, but looking forward to seeing some views on it. Cheers and interesting question

It might lower the time a little, but you'll still have to wait for the flavour molecules to properly blend again when you add your nic Inhaler. Personally I'd rather wait like Rich or buy a small bottle of nic base locally to keep the VC production line going if you don't have much already made up.

OK I was asking because I want to give my homebuilt magnetic stirrer a try, I'll still mix 2 samples so I can compare a stirred and not stirred to see the results. As you say I'll probably still have to steep them again when the nics been added but at least I should get a visual comparison.

I was thinking about this on the morning constitutional upgrader . . . considering Tjuice preblended concentrates really, they certainly don't need a great deal of time steeping when mixed. Though that could be down to the flavours that I've tried which don't take long anyway from scratch. I've ordered some Melipona which is a Vanilla based flavour so I'll see if the same applies to that, as it's the dessert/vanilla/custard/chocolate blends that seem to take the longest to be at their nicest.

In that case it might be worth a try .... like Mandy said T juice and a few others come pre mixed and don't need a lot of steeping Would be interesting to see the results if you do try it ... in fact you have got me thinking about giving it a blast myself the next time the kit is out
