Found a new outlet in Ciudad Quesada, Spain, on my latest holiday.
For those who know Quesada or are in the Torrevieja area, the store is called Marjis ECigarettes and is located along from the Arches going towards the mini-golf.
Prices are comparable and she carries a good range of equipment and liquid.

Do you know if she has a website for selling online?
My recent order from the UK is stuck at customs :'(so if I could get some gear from Spain I wouldn't have that problem.

Yeah Perpetua but he doesn't do a wide range of gear, I looked on his site for the new itaste batteries which are the ones stuck at customs coz he didn't do them, or many batteries at all come to that  |
