By the way effington, re. the tagging a name, all you need to do is put @ in front of the members name & it will show up blue in your post......hover your cursor over a members name above the avator & you'll see what I mean.....it's best to hover your cursor over the name first, as sometimes the forum members name is different.......hover it over pep's name & you'll see hers is different. @chrisiw I'm hoping this has worked tooo!!!!! effington all I can offer is hope and strength to you, even putting off a Stinkie for a couple of minutes is a good effort, cos it gives you time to reconsider!!!

Quick update (and by the way am completely ignoring smokeybebe's dreadful attempts to make me part with more cash on pink shiny things!) Better day today. My joose juices have been stored away for a week and so I cracked them open today in the hope that they would taste OK. I've got a bit of chocolate in with some mint which has been lovely - the others need to rest a while more I think. I put the spare head that came with my protank into one of the evod's and it's working fine so that's been good. Much prefer that to the protank - don't like the metal mouthpiece I've sent my duff heads off to the lovely Romelee for the fixing of So... all good apart from I did crack open the stinkies today - I had 3 and they were vile.... I wish I had the strength to chuck them out... Once again, thanks hugely for listening to my whingeing and moaning yesterday. Feel like I'm (nearly) back on the straight and narrow again...

A lot of us relapse occasionally. The difference is that in the past a relapse usually meant back to 20 a day within a week, now its just one or two until we realise that it's nowhere near as nice as vaping! I can now go after meals, nights out, first thing in the morning without even thinking about a cig, but there were plenty of times when I was starting out that I relapsed for a night! I gave away the 60 duty frees I had in a cupboard last month and didn't bat an eyelid! stick at it, you'll get there Sent from my GT-I9300 using proboards

Really really don't worry about the odd stinkie (I had the odd one when out the pub with friends early on)
2 weeks in I couldn't taste anything - vaping or food wise, lasted about 4 days I don't like menthol so got some absinthe (tank cracker?) but the taste of that is very lingering. I found chocolate and curry works for me. Got my taste buds back after demolishing half a box of after eights. vodka and pepsimax helps me everything vapes better but that may be the relaxing (I'll be looking for an AA forum soon )

Quick update (and by the way am completely ignoring smokeybebe's dreadful attempts to make me part with more cash on pink shiny things!) .. But apart from ignoring me trying to lead you into temptation you are doing great!! 3 stinkies are less than 4,5,6,7, or 20. Obviously so its nothing to be worried about effington, your doing just fine. Well done! Now.......about those pink shiny things.......

I put the spare head that came with my protank into one of the evod's and it's working fine so that's been good. Much prefer that to the protank - don't like the metal mouthpiece If you prefer something more Evod sized with a plastic tip have you not considered trying the iClear 16's ? The reason I ask is I have tried dozens of different atties big, small, bottom coil etc etc and still keep going back to the Iclear 16 ..... never had any leaking issues with them ... duel coil and a nice vape and the heads last for ages ..... if you can be bothered waiting 3 - 4 weeks for delivery you can get them for about £2 each inc delivery from Fastech ... at that price its hardly worth the bother changing the coils ??? www.fasttech.com/products/0/10005988/1384000-innokin-iclear-16-dual-coil-electronic-cigaretteBecause they take so long to arrive I usually bulk buy every so often (20 or 30) to keep me, friends and family going so if you want one to try PM your addy and you can have a freebie to see how you get on and if you like them it will keep you going until your arrive on the slow boat. We all have good and bad days but longer you go on the more of them are good

I'm exactly one month away from a year free of smoking.
Was it worth the trial and suffering involved? Every second of it ..........
Hang in there.

Glad that things are looking up for you, effingtonI think we have all been to the same place you were yesterday but it really is worth persevering with and it will get easier. The people here are great too and always eager to help make the journey smoother so don't be afraid to ask for help.

Thanks so much for the encouragement and to stewarty for the kind offer - I've PM'd you More juices from joosejuice just arrived this morning but I guess I have to leave them be for a bit? I have soft peppermint, belgian waffle and Irish cream. Can't wait to give them a try... Think my new coils / heads arrived too but postie couldn't squeeze them in the door so will have to wait until I can get to the post office for those. Back on the vape trail with a vengeance this morning and just been on a 3 hour round trip with a colleague who is off to order his vaping supplies as we speak

you'll be fine to start on the peppermint, its good from the off!! The other two? least a week for belgian waffle, 2 weeks is better really for that and the Irish cream p.s the apple pie is fabulous! ( if you like pastry) I tried it in 1st few days, and a week in, was still chemically, after 9 days it was spot on except i've almost used it all!!
