I was thinking maybe a short blast in the microwave might help but I'm not entirely sure how to detach it and also prevent explosion.

I believe our dreamylittledream got one of these recently, I've tagged him so he can let us know if he is stiff or not.

I still prefer the MVP2 over my Evic if truth be told. In what sense? I thought things were all good with the Evic? Morning ginge7289, sometimes my evic switches to a mode rvv(something like that) and I have to remove battery and faff about. I also find that one of my iclears doesn't connect well on it. Vape wise it's great but compaired to the mvp2 it seems a bit temperamental and I just find the mvp2 hassle free. I don't disllike the evic just find the mvp easier.

Morning ginge7289, sometimes my evic switches to a mode rvv(something like that) and I have to remove battery and faff about. This may sound silly but some didn't know this, if you hold the dial to the right for more than two seconds it will change from Volts - Watts - RVV etc etc, holding it to the left for more than two seconds changes the display a bit.

Thanks Super-Shiny I for one didn't know that. I purchased the evic with no instructions sadly so I obviously have been holding for more that two seconds then, so thanks again.

Just thought I'd update. I've been handling my stiffy for over a week now, probably using it half of my vaping hours and I must say it's become a fair bit more manageable. Also my MVPv2 button is a little less stiff and I've got used to it needing a bit more of a positive push than the likes of the SVD/Vamo. I love it now; build quality is outstanding for the price and it's now my go to device

Could someone remind me "What a `stiffy` is". Just a 72 year old git asking.

At first I found it too hard but then it softened up over time (ohhh err..) Either that or I got more used to it, but the one good thing and probably the reason it was designed like that is it's much harder to accidentally turn off the MVP2 compared to the MVP1 which I was always turning off accidently.

I'm not sure whether they designed it so that it was so difficult to press. As mentioned before, Innokin said somewhere that there was an issue with the first 200 production units. I still think it could be easier to press without it accidentally turn off or press when in a bag or pocket. Otherwise the MVP2 is superb value for money. Build quality and finish is exceptional. Also looks lovely in blue
