barrynorton and @freefromsmoking are the guys in the know on these. Sorry Ros but I have no knowledge of the new S model. Besides, (you may laugh and say I told you so) I have sold all my top coil iclears in the classies and have bought 3 bdc Aspires.

I have two or three here and I have to say that for a standard type clearo they aren't bad at all. Good flavour and a decent vape, not had any dry hits nor have I had any need to tilt to feed the wicks. The innards are not rebuildable though, you can't dismantle the replaceable attie tube They still suffer from the same problem that all clearos suffer from, if you leave them standing you will get a drip of juice through the air tube onto your 510 pin. Similar vape quality to the I-clear 30 but with the added bonus of being able to use your own drip tip

Sorry Ros but I have no knowledge of the new S model. Besides, (you may laugh and say I told you so) I have sold all my top coil iclears in the classies and have bought 3 bdc Aspires. Really, regret it? Not in the least mate. Other than the one DOA head, I have not had any problems with the Aspires ... great warmish vape, nice middle of the road draw, no leaks or gurgles, 10 days on the first head and not a hint of flavour loss, easy enough to fill once I got used to the bottom fill, pyrex glass tank, different coloured bodies available, 510 drip tip which can be changed, steel drip tip does not heat up when chain vaping and you can set down any old position and it will not flood. All good as far as I can see. The only downside when compared with the iclear30 is that the coils can't be dry burned but once the new S model iclears take hold, the old iclears will be phased out and you will still have to buy new heads for the S model and atm the S heads are silly money compared to the Aspire heads.

Only the Aspire NOT those incontinent Protanks! Chuck a micro coil and wick in a protank and it will be as good as the aspire. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2 I couldn't be ar$£d mate .... sticking in a new head every few weeks at £1.80 a touch is a cheap price for a great faff-free vape in my book. Besides, give it another 6 months and I reckon that recoilable heads will be a thing of the past and every new clearo will have heads similar to the Aspire ... more money for the manufacturer if you have to replace the head rather than be able to rebuild it. ETA: I have nothing against micro coils per se, in fact I intend putting a micro coil and cotton in the Diver when it arrives ... that is designed as a rebuildable atomiser unlike the Protank and other clearos which are designed to allow the head to be replaced.

Stockpiling Nic base is where it's at for me as I tend to get fed up with any hardware after a while but never lose interest in the juice to put in it
