On 6th October, proboards added a Forum Analytics tool for staff members to check how our forums are functioning. For the first full month since it was installed we have had - 1,669,289 page views 20,703 new posts 1,259 new threads started And 358 new members. It's the number of page views that I'm amazed, but also very happy about. To me it means that even though many of the guests, that view all the help & advice you all post on the forum, may not bother registering as members, there is a very good chance we have helped them find a brilliant alternative to smoking  |

That great news Chrissie but not surprised by the results really because this forum is great.
My only question would be is how does it compare to other e-cig forums. I can imagine AAEC is near the top of the world league.

I don't think we are at the very top of the world stamina - especially not for registered member numbers (though not far off). But IMHO I do think we are at the very top for helping anyone new to vaping |

Sorry barrynorton I don't have access to the analytics full logs, but I can see the IP addies of the 4,000 plus guests that view the forum every day. |

Amazing stats. I wonder how many of them are regular lurkers, as opposed to one offs looking for specific information via a search engine? I do know if you type ecigarettes uk into Google, this forum comes up as the very first search result.

Oh no doubt about the fact it is of help to anyone who reads it. I am just curious as to how many serial lurkers we have. Not just those looking for specific info. I have a huge suspicion there are thousands out there who know all about us regular posters, our lives, trials and tribulations, yet we don't even know they exist. A bit creepy in some ways.

Nahh, just peeps who want to know a bit more about Vaping, and are worried in case its too complicated. If 100 people check a few posts on here, and 1 decides to give Vaping a go, thats a lot of Vaping instead of Smoking. Honestly if I thought I could help 1 person take up Vaping, I wouldn't mind showing my Backside at the top of the Town Hall Steps!!!
