Perpetua is right, that website does not conform to DSR's or ecommerce regulations - all of which are legally required to trade online.

It's a great shame when someone has the potential to be a good and recommended Vendor, who has obviously put a great deal of time and energy into creating a site with some nice ( different ) stock, that they don't do their research fully, to be legally compliant.

Anyone can set themselves up as a Vendor though Ros . . . if anything should go wrong with a purchase, other than a PayPal claim a buyer has very little recourse.

To be a Business Seller on Ebay for instance, you have to display your T&C's and full contact details.

Maybe they are unaware of requirements? I didn't know 'til I read Perpetua post. A phone number (Geographical Landline) would do for me

It amazes me that people actually buy E Liquid that has NO Valid UK Address or telephone number on it

Pretty sure its a LEGAL requirement (Trading standards Etc)

As an online trader, I'm sorry but ignorance is no defence . . . it's as much your responsibilty to find out what your legal requirements are for cyber trading as it is to source stock that the internet buying public will want to purchase.

Imagine if we approved a Vendor who wasn't compliant and the worse case scenario happened with Members who had purchased from them. I'm sure we'd ( rightly ) be taken to task.
