Well done bubbleglass and everyone else who has won the willpower battle. I have found that the best option for an emergency backup is a SD Keyring in the glovebox. I've never had to use it, but I know it's there. I bought it after going to work without my robofag and only just making it through the day without a cig. You have to remember, especially in the early days, that it's not just about nicotine. Cigs have 4,000 chemicals in them, some of which are addictive and others which prompt endorphin release. Hold in there, you WILL win the war! and they are currently on offer over at www.vapeescape.co.uk/Basic-Vaping-Kits/SD-KeyRing-Ecig/The-SD-KeyRing-Ecig.html

ps. I've given the pouch of baccy away, really do not need that, any more. now then...what do I do with 50 x 40 grammes packets of duty free tobacco I brought back this summer? I can see me now..... flogging them in the local pubs, in a desperate effort to fund my vaping addiction?!!?

That's funded a small percentage, of my vaping, gear. I'm not spending another penny , until the iclear 30 B, comes out. I've got enough juice and concentrates to last 2 years...innokin MPV 2...VTR...and a 134 There is no chance of going back, to analogues now icon_shoppingm plus I do prefer, vaping......wish I'd started years ago. me too!! I know its early days --- I've yet to hit a slump - but vaping seems a much better plan, I dont smell, my breath isnt ropey, I don't cough, I'm going to have more disposable income... to buy vaping stuff, because I'm compulsive like that .... I cant actually understand now why I smoked for 13 years

oh I'll hold my hand up, first thing I think off after I've scraped my dinner plate clean and before ramming a cream cake is: "ohh I just fancy an inter course cigarette" but I swiftly grab my eciggy and have a few puffs on it & i'm fine. An added bonus also seems to be that if I use sweet juices like apple pie/toffee/vanilla/belgian waffle I lose my sweet tooth so skip on dessert! Wow I might even accidentally diet this way -- theres always a silver lining Weirdly enough I dont fancy a smoke 1st thing, its probably still early days but I'm always so taken aback at how my chest feels loose, and my tongue isnt spot welded to roof of my mouth and that my breath wont kill the dog stone dead, that I forget about needing a 'stinkie'

I've lost my appetite, but its nice too wake up with a near, clean mouth. Just of to get an ultra sonic cleaner, for speed, steeping juices. I'm getting mild headaches, on 18 nic juice, made a load of 12 nic yesterday, so I want to get vaping that, later today.....chat later.. CHEERS Pepperty
