Today I popped out, had to sort a few things for family and whilst in car awaiting teen I realised I'd not brought out my e-cig. I noticed there's 1 sad solo fag in car...and a lighter In the end I decided to wait 10 - 15 minutes for son as I think that ciggie will taste like a burning bonfire and NOT a tasty caramel/toffee that I'm more used to now. I honestly didnt really fancy trying an analogue 3 weeks into vaping Yes, I was surprised at myself and decision too

Today is a much better day, vaping is going well and no cravings for a cig. I've got to remake some coils tonight as I'm down to one spare. Yesterday was just a blip that I managed to get through

Forgive me if I'm being a bit thick but wouldn't keeping an emergency spare battery be a better idea?

Forgive me if I'm being a bit thick but wouldn't keeping an emergency spare battery be a better idea? Having the baccy is in some ways a comfort. I know its there if I ever need it in times that vaping doesn't do its job. Also its nice to know if there is ever a time when I don't have a working battery there is baccy if I'm desperate. I dread to think how dry it is, the baccy must be nearly 2 months old

Well done bubbleglass and everyone else who has won the willpower battle. I have found that the best option for an emergency backup is a SD Keyring in the glovebox. I've never had to use it, but I know it's there. I bought it after going to work without my robofag and only just making it through the day without a cig. You have to remember, especially in the early days, that it's not just about nicotine. Cigs have 4,000 chemicals in them, some of which are addictive and others which prompt endorphin release. Hold in there, you WILL win the war!

Well done mate. 4 weeks off the cigs today for me. I intend to agree with you in general, even when you're wrong, because you support Chelsea

I thought that you had a higher intellect, than most on here. It came too light, when we were discussing, the "Lardy dah" juice....lol CHEERS ps. I've given the pouch of baccy away, really do not need that, any more.
