All was going so well with vaping until this morning. Got a rather large hand in of coursework tomorrow and my brain has gone to mush. Stress levels are building up and sadly vaping is not easing the stress like a stinky would do in the past. Its just typical that the day where you are most stressed, the flavours just dont taste right and you feel you are not getting any nicotine Anyone else find this when stress levels are high? If i stick at it today, when i wake up tomorrow it will be 4 weeks without a single puff on a stinky, the longest i have gone so far since starting vaping!

Yep like jaysey said get some high nic and give that a go. At the end of the day vaping is giving you all the stuff that a cig would. Good luck with the assignment

ive got 18 and 20 on the go which normally is okay even in stressful situations. Think i shall have a crabbies ginger beer which should help more than a cig right now. Battling through the coursework and vaping is starting to ease the cig cravings now.

Hi - I haven't quite quit the stinkies yet despite the fact that they taste rank and smell bad - really really bad. I'm in awe of anyone who has managed to kick the habit regardless of the method and you've done brilliantly well this far. You know at the back of your mind that a stinky at this stage will be VILE but this is probably the first time you've been THIS stressed since you kicked them? So your mind is trying to tell you you want something vile whilst infact the vaping will do just fine - it's an argument I have ALL the time! If you do have one, don't beat yourself up, just straight back on the wagon again and the next time am pretty sure you'll be stronger. But also if the ginger beer does the trick, go for it! Well done so far and hope you get all your work done

Bubble it's time to hit the 24mg. Nothing else cuts it for me if I need a quick nicotine hit. It will calm you down in no time.
Grab some high nic juice in the post. You could try myepack they usually deliver next day. Best of luck!

I'm with mybad to be honest. If I want a fag I'll have one. Never ever have I ever said I'm giving up smoking so there no stress or promises been made for me to do so. I just choose to vape instead.

Some other options:
Iclear16 or Iclear30 for those throat hit days Higher nicotine levels with higher PG in your juices for those throat hit days

I needed an emergency clearo for a long time, with about twice the nic I was on "normally" I no longer need it, but for a while it was essential. It gives you that real "hit" that the stress is making you crave, you can take a couple of puffs and then go back to your usual. (or in total crisis you can take more than a couple of puffs. Don't worry your body is quick to tell you it is ready to go back down again.) Now anything more than 8mg feels too strong even when the pressure is on, but it wasn't a quick transition. I put everything in iClear16s which may have a lot to do with making it easier for me to drop the nic over time. For me at least listening to my body has made me VERY gradually drop both nic and % of flavour. Soon I will be vaping 100% VG ... literally!

Thanks guys for all the support, ive probably put a bit too much pressure on myself not to have a cig but i have come to an agreement in my mind with the coursework so at 11pm i am giving up on it and going to bed so that has helped a bit with the stress levels. Rather glad i have my spinner, cranking up the voltage has helped a lot. I am a silly moo though, i have some 24mg left from when i first started so now i know that is there next time this situation occurs. Looks like i will be able to complete the day without a cig which is the first for a coursework hand in, it was the reason i ended up smoking for a few days last time. Who would have thought a level 3 qualification would be more stressful than a degree? Thanks guys so much, this is the most welcoming and supportive community i have been a part of.

Buy something bubbleglass . . . that's my cure all for any stressful situation. Buying two of something, has double the calming effect as well.
