Just not getting the hit tonight, have refilled the same iclear 30 a few times and its not performing. Have ordered some replaceable coil heads, but the tank is full with my go to vape, its high VG so I'm worried about the coil blowing, can I just put a couple of drops of purified water in, to thin it a bit? Can't go through a day with crappy clearos.

Give the head a clean in some bicarb of soda/denture tablet solution cl0wn . . . that will help improve it's performance.

@johanino, I don't have i30. I have a i16 dual coil. I agree with what Perpetua wrote, with adding good rinsing in clean water, drying and dry-burn. Particular attention must be paid to the wick, which should be in right position and the silicone cap.

New heads are here! I can soak the old heads and keep swapping over. Can't have another evening like last night! Was rattling like a junkie!

Dry burn the crap of the coil until it glows red by pressing the button for a few seconds at a time.

Better night than last night, although have been vaping my go-to juice, and its not the same with the new heads, dry burned them not too long. Also tried a butterscotch with a new head and its vile! Tastes a bit like vomit! Having to vape at lower voltage. Its ok but not my usual. The go-to juice I've got also looks a different viscosity. Looks like I've got an inconsistent batch. Or steeping issues. I'm a brave lad and I'll soldier on!

Re: my go-to vape, just realised its the same bottle I've been vaping the past few days. Must be the maturity of the tank? A couple of days and it reaches its peak? Or just the mindless wanderings of someone on the edge?

Changed the silicone tip for one of my older ones, and my go-to is full of flavour, so much better!

Did you remove Silicone Tip when you Dry Burned? You need to, then you can see the coils glow red, only give the Dry coil a few seconds burn, then blow on the coil to get rid of built up Gunk, you may need to do the Dry Burn a few times, 1 after the other to get coils to burn gunk!

Yup, done this. Think I may have been a little guilty of wick strangling from a quick search of this site. But not happy with the silicone tips, they are shaped slightly different. The ones I got with my new coil heads, the very tip isn't as conical as on the ones that came with the iclears.

Is it possible you ordered iclear 16 heads? I think they are slightly different. Have you got any way of checking the resistance on your new heads, are they the same ohms as your originals (should say either on the stem, or on your order form)
