Druide and Snake Oil

Been messing again and trying to figure out flavors but this time i got some friends around (yes i have friends) to also help me try and distinguish some of the flavors, mainly the snake oil one as i myself could not taste Aniseed and have come up with this:

Just a note, i am really quite confident on the Druide version........

Druide:

Decadent Vapours Licorice (Also gives it that greenish color)
Decadent Vapours Absinthe (Also gives it that greenish color)
Flavourart H20MG (Aniseed)

Snake Oil:

Capella Harvest Berry (Also gives it that yellowish color)
Flavourart H20MG (Aniseed)
Methyl Lactate cooling agent (Gives it that cooling effect)
Perfumers Ethyl maltol (Sweetener)

I ain't got all the concentrates for Snake Oil so cannot try, but to be honest i don't even like it, not a fruit fan.

But i have the concentrates for Druide and i like that so let the testing commence

On my next order of flavourings i might just try the Snake Oil mix, it wouldnt be an all day vape, but i would still vape it in the evenings as a change or a palette cleanser.

Pleeeeeeeeeease solve the mysteries!!! I was just talking to OH today about learning how to mix my own. First thing he mentioned was the need to figure out the snake oil recipe.

I maybe might be able to solve or atleast get close too Druide but not Snake Oil as i don't have the concentrates to try and tbh i don't think i want to as i don't like Snake Oil.....but Druide on the other hand i do have the concentrates and do like it so......................

I think i snake oil has been out a lot longer then flavourart H20MG it's a newish flavour but I might be wrong.. Also in snakeoil i could taste grapefruit it reminded me of inawera grapefruit a bit.. I got some snakeoil here and it's about 7 or 8months old and it's still yellow I know with some capella flavouring a juice that old would turn a dark brown colour..

I'm going to pay close attention to the Druide experiments as pretty much all I vape currently is this and Red Astaire and given Mrs Lorde's price inflation I'm very keen on cracking the receipe (mixing my own RA saves me a fortune lol).

I think you're wrong in the Snake Oil though - it tastes (to me) nothing like harvest berry so I can't see that being a central ingredient...

Well i don't know, all i do know is when i had a smell of Snake oil the first thing that sprung to my senses was Harvest Berry and the taste was the same, each to their own as we all have different taste buds, no different than some saying i love this juice and someone saying i hate it.

But for me Harvest Berry is the flavor that comes across............

But to be honest i ain't bothered with that one, i will leave you's to figure out that one as i hate the stuff and double

But Druide on the other hand has me intrigued and i like it and i am 99% i am on the right track so i will continue on my path with that one, for snake oil lovers you will have to go on your own path Tease-smiley

Forgot to mention that the sample i got was newish snake oil and it was a kinda darkish yellow, same as what Harvest berry is............maybe not H20MG...maybe some other aniseed, H20MG was a example, but the Druide one i am sure is H20MG..........i have wiki leaks

No offense intended Rom - its just I can't see there being Harvest Berry in there as I can't taste it all (and I do like a bit of Harvest Berry, following your recipe no less )

I have however been known to be spectacularly wrong so who knows...
