I ordered I clear 16 heads from my e-pack,and they sent I clear 30s ones to me by mistake.I contacted Ash and told him about the mistake,and also because the 30 ones are more expensive than what I payed for the 16,s.I told him I would send them back.He apoligised for the mistake,and said he would send out the correct ones,along with a spare one to cover my postage for the ones that I was sending back.I thought it was a really nice thing for him to do.First class service again from my e-pack.

I'd agree that Ash is a good supplier. I recommend my e pack to a colleague who decided to order a starter kit so I ask him to order a few more evod clearos to his order to save on postage. My colleague ordered mt3s by mistake and when I contacted Ash he agreed to exchange them which I thought was really nice as it wasn't his mistake to start off with.
