The V2 doesn't have variable wattage though - if that's a requirement.

Pretty sure the V2 is a VV VW device. The only real difference between V2 and V3/4/5 is the screen. There are a couple other features here and there, but they all pretty much perform the same.

Just confirming the v2 has both vv and vw. The screen is a bit old school, but I still love my v2!

The V1 had VW so sure the V2 will...vamos have had it since word go....

@johanino, the fancy coloured ones are aluminium alloy, mentioning just in case you (or others reading) do not realise.

I think the coloured ones are clones - not that i have a problem with that, but its worth knowing.

I found this some time ago - no warranty, and the price has increased since last I looked, but it's the cheapest I can find from a uk vendor:

They are indeed very cheap ionian but no warranty? Clones? It's in purple icon_shoppingm..how can it be a clone?

I think they are without warranty because they are old stock, but I agree it's a worry. Mind you, I got my vamo second hand in the classies, no warranty with that either but it was nearly half the price so well worth a punt. You could put a wanted message out, see if anyone can do you a deal!

I only mention the issue with the coloured Vamos because I was looking at them on fasttech, and they are getting mixed reviews.

Thanks ionian. I've stopped buying from fast tech due to their mixed quality....sure the irish one will be fine
