Every BCC I have tried has always ended up gurgling even though I read post on here, which although very helpful didn`t seem to solve my issues with gurgling 

What I have triedthat works for me is to place a very small piece of cotton wool around the base of where the coil/wick screws to the 510 base....hope that makes sense 

Since I used the cotton wool I have had no gurgling at all in my Protank or other BCC`s I have  

Another solution is to put some cotton as aroma wick. You can easily adjust it for type of liquid you use. By this method I stopped gurgling in my HyperTank.

Me so really wants to try this in my beloved protanks - if only I [could] coil (had a heart) lol

The problem I was describing has nothing to do with the way you coil a Protank. It would leak from the base no matter what head was in, the same head was fine in another base. I can only assume that there is a slight deformity in that particular base section or the threading. The extra O Ring has sorted that problem.

I find 1.5mm drill bit makes a fantastic coil, a little more fiddly to get the cotton wool through, but a very good vape.

Pep you need a beauty ring with air holes or to loosen the tank half a turn to let a bit of air in with the protanks I use them sometimes on my itaste they are not bad then.
