I've googled it, apparently it's happened before, and from what I've read the batteries all had to be returned to the vendors so I've emailed mine to see what they say...just my luck

What a shame TMG have you tried a different clearo? What happens if you plug the charger in without a clearo on it? Hope you get it sorted soon

Yes I've tried a different iclear16 on it, but it won't turn on now, I hope it's nothing I've done to it...

Sounds like the button or connector might be sticking. You could try wiping around it with a tissue soaked in vodka or rum something like that. Very much doubt it's anything you did.

I wouldn't think its anything you have done, its probably just the luck of the draw. I would think the vender will sort it out with no problems.

That's great news must say the vendors for vape gear are outstanding any problem I have had has been sorted promptly.

It sounds like it definitely needs returning and replacing. I feel for you - it's so disappointing when something you've been waiting for doesn't work, or doesn't live up to expectations. Still persevere when you get your replacement because it really is a great little device!

Sounds like its buggered

Charge it - the light will stay green until its fully charged when it turns off.

If it still does disco lights after that when attempting to vape sounds like its defective - but would recommend trying more than one clearo in it - it does do the disco light thing when there is a short on the atomiser

Received my replacement itaste vv3 this morning, works fine. Good customer service, emailed him Thursday night, he replied immediately and said he'd send the replacement straight away which he obviously did, even sent a stamp so I could return the faulty one, so now I can finally get on and use my iclear16s...happy bunny!

It's lovely, the only grumble I've got is that with an iclear on it it's too wide for my little handbag or coat pocket, however this is a blessing in disguise for I now have an excuse to buy a bigger bag! Or buy an evod which would be cheaper, but I really do need a new bag...
