From what I've seen so far, Chris appears to be a very astute interviewer who know's what he's doing and asks the hard probing questions that the biggest cynics use all the time. He put Dave on the spot and Dave stated the vapers case very well which we need to be able to stand up to any scrutiny and hard questions. Ducking things you don't want to answer is the politician's and health activist job.

I personally wouldn't have vaped right in Chris Choi's face during the interview, but that may just be me. I think it was alright. Chris was on an internet broadcast about vaping run by Dave a very enthusiastic vaper from Dave's house Thats obviously a fair enough point, but in the context of a professional interview, it looked like an amatuer move in an attempt to "prove" its safety. In my opinion. But it was a good interview non the less, and shows the slickness that will occur in any televised debate. Whilst I realise that many people in the community are VERY passionate on the subject, I think a slight detachment would have gone down a lot better when probed so hard. Every rebuttal came as if they were defending a personal attack. Points were well made, sure, but it seemed too personal. A more detached feeling to the rebuttals I'm sure would go down better with the wider public, who would then be more inclined to believe answers as fact rather than strongly held personal opinions.

Great discussion, I'm glad Dave dumped the distracting virtual sets that put me off VTTV in the early days.
