So got the kayfun Lite Clone thursday and since then its been a roller-coaster ride of ups and downs, but never reaching any great heights of flavour and vapour, i know the problem is prob my end and its driving me nuts..lol
Watched most of the vids and read the very good posts here about coils, wicks and stuff, i can get it working no problem, just for me it seems to not be giving me the flavour or vapour of either my pro tanks or iclear30s's.
My Coils and wicks-
Tried 3mm Eko wool and 20 nichrome wire at 2.2, 1.9 and 1.5 ohms(just straight over the hole and down the sides) ...tried the bunny ears but it seemed to block up and crowd the coil.
Tried 2mm and 20 at various ohms, bunny ears, S shape, 3 folds but still feels muted and not enough vapour.
The draw feels tight, if i draw normal it seem to not do enough and i get a small amount of flavour and little vapour, if i draw hard i get a gurgle and feels like im flooding the coil.
Apart from that im no leaking at all and love the quality of the build, its just i know im not getting the best out of it.
Any ideas?

The kayfun lite is usually considered to have a very airy draw as standard ... I read a post somewhere recently where the guy has the same problem with his clone as you and when he poked a pin into the air hole, it felt blocked, so he stripped it down and continued poking while holding it under running water and a shitload of metal swarf was flushed out.
These two videos show what are generally the best ways of coiling a Kayfun:

Ive just had a bit more success with a 2mm cotton coil, used a drill bit. Still not alot of vapour, but a bit more taste.
Poula, how big were your coils?

I use a microcoil with cotton wool on my KFL and Kayfun 3.1 clone, its really easy and the coils last ages, you just have to swap out the cotton every couple of tank fulls or for a flavour change. 9 wraps of 28awg round a cotton bud stalk, gets me 1.5 ohms. I will trim the cotton wick approx. 1cm long each side of the coil, wet the wick with some juice, then using my finger nail, press the cotton to the sides of the centre mount, making sure they dont block the juice channels, but sitting on the flat bit. The juice will allow the wick to stay pressed to the wall of the centre mount. then just screw on chimney and rest of the tank. Fill with juice, take a couple of slow pulls without power and then i am good to go.

Exactly what jcol said, flawless every time for me too, I only use mine for my vanilla custard (got silica attys coming out my ears!) and it's silky smooth, loads of vapour and bags of flavour Its not a clone mind but got to be worth trying, just don't try to overdo the cotton wool.
