Success!

So I did it!  My first mixing session yesterday 

Received on Friday - Nic base, PG, bottles, syringes and the first of an ever growing list of flavour orders.  Unfortunately my VG hadn't arrived, so popped into my local chemist yesterday morning and grabbed a bottle of VG and some menthol crystals.

First job was to decant the litre of Nic Base into 100ml glass bottles, labelled each one, individually bubble wrapped 9 of them and made space in the freezer (that was easier said than done!)

Then I made 10ml of menthol concentrate and mixed up 5ml bottles of menthol, black cherry and caramel custard.

So this afternoon, I got my menthol and my dripper and had a go... it was great!  When I first started on skycigs, menthol was my ADV (mainly through lack of choice) so I'm over the moon that I've been able to make a more than passable menthol juice with my first attempt!

Am expecting a whole load more flavours over the next few days and can't wait to get some more adventurous juice recipes steeping   .  I'm an avid cook and love experimenting in the kitchen, so have plans for some potentially delicious juice recipes (I'm pretty sure there will be a few disasters in there too! lol)

And I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on the forum for the invaluable advice they have given me and other members...  I've read the first 11 pages of threads on the Mixology board and what I've learnt has been invaluable, so thank you all!!!

There really will be no stopping you . . . mixing is even more addictive than buying new shinies I reckon.

I think you might be right there Perpetua  I thought flavouritis would be a cheaper obsession than shineyitus as well, but so far not! lol

Will definitely share any successful recipes... first own recipes will be for a Plum Frangipane Tart and a lemon cheescake, but may take a fair few months to perfect! lol

Indeed - I have more epic fails than good results, but I think i started being a little over adventurous.

Still, it's great fun, the anticipation is a killer (steep steep steep lol)

But when you vape a good mix, it is so satisfying
