No its doesn't freeze. It will keep quite happily in the freezer for a long time. Best stored in glass bottles and stored upright.

So when its cold just steep it to get the flavor back Just let the bottle come back up to room temperature, shake and then it's good to use jasoncarriere . . . . but you really only need to pop it in the freezer if you're planning on long term storage, over 2 years. Otherwise a cool dark place is fine. |
