T-Juice - delivery times

Hi all, as I mentioned in my other post I sent an email to T-Juice today explaining my disappointment over a week long delivery lead time. As we are all raving about their juices I only felt it fair to mention to T-Juice that people were getting disappointed due to delayed delivery, especially with lots of members expressing interest and I wouldn't want new customers to think they are always this slow.
Any ways, I had a very good response this evening and firstly Nige at T-Juice asked me to pass on their apologies for this unacceptable service and wanted to ensure all of us that they will remedy this as soon as they possible can.
If any new customers have ordered and haven't yet received their order, hang tight it will get there, it's taking about 6-7days (at least that is how long mine took) at the moment but I can catagoricly (sorry about the spelling) state that their juices are definitely worth the wait!
Hopefully it will be back to business as usual ASAP,
I just wanted everyone to know, and also I have to say, their customer service has been excellent in the way that they took this constructive criticism and the manner in which they have responded. Big Up to T-Juice!

Yep they have great service, also being near Christmas the post is always gonna be a bit slower

Order 10ml Red astaire Concentrate Friday - Recived dispatch email today - Fingers crossed it will be here tomorrow.

Can only think that certain flavours are being ordered and putting them under pressure (stock wise) which may be causing the delay.

Unfortunately it's not the post that is the issue. I have asked Nige if I can share the details of what he told me or if he would like to post it up himself (i thought it polite to check first!) I didn't want to steal all his thunder!

Always had great service from them. Never more than a few days from order to delivery. But then again, I always seem to order on a Friday night for some reason?

Hi all, apparently they also launched a new flavour yesterday called colonel custard, Im not due to order any more this month as I'veonly just rreceived 60mls but if anyone gets it I would live to know what they think

Omg they pinched my name !!! Some one mentioned a new custard and I started a thread to guess the name !!! That was one of my guesses !!! I want royalties ) !

Might be tempted by the new concentrate.
Might get some Green Steam and custard concentrate this months payday when I restock.
