2 in 1? atomizer?

Please explain what is a 2 in 1 atomizer. .such as the kayfun light? ...and how it works?..dripper and a clearo??

Something like the Nautilus/Odysseus and their clones have dual functionality, it's possible to use them as a tank set up . . . then buy the accessories to make a dripper. So you're using the same base unit, just with an alternative top part.

The dripper is on the left and the tank on the right, but they're both using the same central fitting, which houses the coil.
