I got a pre-paid card to protect myself when shopping online (can only spend what's on the card) and I can't use it on myepck.

Not sure how a pre-paid card protects you online, considering debit and credit cards both come with chargeback rights through Visa and comprehensive fraud processes to get your money back should your details be stolen!

Orange pre-pay mastercard. If I see something I want, I top up and order. If there's nothing on the card nothing can go missing.
Everywhere I go accepts the card without issue, tho once I did try ordering without topping up and got the big F/O message.
Never seen a paypal option on the myepack site. Think they use Sage-Pay. That may be the issue.
Regardless, I'm not using my main card on any site.

Ah fab. I could've sworn I placed an order for them on 04/08 but no confirmation email and nothing has turned up though another order on 06/08 turned up today. When I look at my last two orders, they are showing as identical items but one is "pending payment". I'm so confused. Have emailed twice but no answer. When I looked again on the site I'd forgotten about the drop-down menu after clicking on the efest purple item, so naturally have been questioning my own sanity and getting more and more confused. I'm still confused but now know at least it is possible i did place an order for those batteries and something might have gone weird with the order at the other end. Thanks for the nudge blakeyThere is a thread going on over on UKV regarding Myepack. It would seem that although they are great at getting items out to people, they are not so "on the ball" when it comes to after sales service, which is a real shame. I know many on here use this vendor and have great service, but quite often the test for a good vendor comes when they have to deal with customer complaints. Further more, ignoring customer concerns is going to lead to vapers going elsewhere as I am sure Ukecigstore would be able to confirm. ukvapers.org/Thread-Any-bad-experiences-with-Myepack?highlight=myepack

I have heard of a lot of these concerns but I didn't say anything because every new member seems to be recommended to using them but personally customer care needs sorting there is a lot of reports saying he is fast at getting orders out but if anything goes wrong the word tortoise springs to mind and people have had replacements faster from fasttech There is a thread going on over on UKV regarding Myepack. Tagging myepack to hopefully get a response & also PMi'ng him to see if he replies.

I got fantastic service from them in that my orders were sent out perfect and speedily, but something that was broken I emailed about, and never ever got a response.

Far from the first time these kind of reports of problematic after sales service have surfaced - Ash normally eventually appears and sorts matters but vendors have been booted from here for similar behaviour

However as it's the weekend, lets please give him some time to respond. I've bought from them a couple of times & like many others have said - no problem at all.

I've ordered from MyEPAck numerous times, buying batteries, mods, clearos, starter kits, juices, replacement heads, chargers, airflow valves etc and never had any problems with orders, deliveries, receiving clones, poor after sale care, delivery or anything for that matter. I just hope that anyone who has has problems have been the unlucky minority who had something strange and unforeseen crop up. I have to admit that these guys are my go to vendor for hardware, for two reasons, price and trust. Hope this isn't changing.
Come on Ash, say it aint so!! Keep being the vendor so many of us have always known you to be.
Hope any remaining issues are cleared up ASAP.
