I was looking at the Evod glass kit on MyEpack after a few recommendations here! But I had a question about coils and whether the glass would be better with 1.8 coils rather than the 1.5 coils it comes with, I E/mailed Myepack for advice this was around mid day and by 2.30pm Ash mailed me back with a nice reply and the info I'd asked for, so my order went in on Tuesday and arrived Thursday at 8am, I'd missed the 3pm next day deadline, I can't comment on his after sales service but I have no problem using him again, I presume having no staff or just a couple is how he keeps his prices low, so if he's crashing orders out all day I would think he only has limited time to respond to things like E/Mails, having run businesses I can understand this, crash the orders out to get the cash flow and keep the buyers happy and hopefully returning, E/mails had to wait until I had time, usually in my own time in the evening, Hence it could take me up to 3 days to reply, like Ash I had a life outside the business,,

Sagepay is our payment gateway

you can still pay by Paypal or credit/debit cards

just follow the checkout steps and you will have options on the last page

Always had excellent service and fast delivery from Myepack, they are one vendor I know that I can order an item in the morning, and nine times out of ten it will be here next day which is a miracle for the Highlands.

Keen prices and good service, what more could you want.

Hi and hope it's okay to post here myepack. Not sure if missing emails. Can understand that, with being so busy. I'd ordered the blue iStick 50w plus a sleeve for it. I may have mixed up the sleeve order part, as I received a smaller sleeve which isn't for the iStick 50w. Offered to send that back to you, but you kindly said to keep it and that the blue iStick 50w sleeve is in the post. I'm worried it may have got lost in the post, as that was 9 days ago.

Hi and thanks for responding. That's a real shame if it's gone missing; I can post the original smaller one back if you like, so you're not losing money in sending another iStick 50w sleeve out.

Big thanks to ash after the insulator for my v1 subtank went mushy I have just received 3 replacement insulators and a replacement RNA deck top vendor

Very good service from them. I was expecting some kind of confirmation once items had been sent but the stuff just gets posted, Quickly!

Service is about two things. getting the shipments out, which they do quickly. They don't deliver by the way, the mail does that bit. The second bit is more important. What happens when things go wrong? This is the part that's hit and miss with myepack. I had a faulty item which I was willing to fix myself. All I needed was a spare part. After a week without reply I've sorted it.
I'm not hugely in to buying from UK vendors, but won't be using them again.
