GGTB button

Good evening!

Recently purchased a used GGTB. Everything's going wrong so far and I'm feeling extremely fed up.

The button doesn't seem to press down very far and feels 'stuck'. I've not had a chance to fire it up as yet as the charger needs replacing.

I think that it may be something to do with the internal button spring ?? I haven't been able to find where I could get a replacement button.

Any ideas please?

Have you got the lockable button switch unlocked Beepsie?

I've a fab video showing the button assembley, hang on and I'll find it for you, as it may need taking apart and cleaning.

Here it is Beepsie, it's for the GGTS - but the switch is the same as the GGTB.

Re "the charge needs replacing" what's happening with it?

Many thanks for that Perps me dear, perhaps the button parts had been adjusted before it got to me? will certainly have a go.

Alas the charger isn't lighting so I presume faulty but I had intended to get a couple of 17670 batteries and so will need a charger to go with it.

Hi beeps i have sent you a PM and i promise you everything was working ok before i sent it.I replaced the spring for a new one in the button before i sent it.And quickly checked the charger.and the GG beoire packing it all up

It was all working %100 im so very sorry its not going at all right for you i can assure you i would never of sold anything what didnt work.

Beeps, have you got another lead you could try on the charger?

I think one of the cheapest places for a 3.7v multi charger is Moju -

Hi there is very little movement on the GG buttons, I am using my TB at the moment, and if it moves I think its working, good luck

its ok chrissie no worrys at all i just hope beeper gets this sorted as i shant sleep untill it gets sorted as i feel so bad when something aint working for someone.

And beeps just to add about the charger the light wont come on the actual chargeing unti unless you have the batterys in the rite way.

(((Roachie))), I can understand how you feel but I'm sure we will get it sorted for Beeps There really is so little that can go wrong with a GG Nothing at all ever gone wrong with either my 2 year old GG Grant or my over a year old GGTS that I use every day

AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!! WHY didn't you tell me that ?!!!!!! I blames you!

(not so weird- the batteries don't have a '+' and '-" marked on them..!)

Im so sorry and the light will go green on the adaptor not the charger once the batts are charged.

Beeps the + end on the 5v batts are the top end as seen in the pic on moju's listing for them -
