Well at 4v a 40watt setup would need a 0.4ohm coil and to get 70W it would need to go down to 0.22ohms.
The reason sub ohm coiling is normally done on drippers is that the coil wont get that hot providing it has enough juice at its disposal, the juice evaporating keeps the coil temp down and nothing burns. Personally I like to work on my wicking with a genesis. So far I have only had a reliable all day vape at the .4-.5 ohm range - but plans are in hand to ease that down a little.
