I appreciate what you are saying sammy13 , and you are right in saying that it can all be a bit overwhelming, but sometimes it is just plainly obvious that the person has made absolutely no effort to search the forum or the internet before asking a question. I just hate to think that Super-Shiny has gone out of his way and given of his valuable time to help others and a very small minority refuse to help themselves .... just my personal opinion which can of course be agreed with or dismissed as the ranting of a grumpy old git .... no ill feelings either way You grumpy old git, lol

Super-Shiny Good idea for the links to the guides in your sig. Have a look at the EJMU screenshots guide link though, it seems to go to an archived thread with no info on it!!

Sal would love to help myself but i don't own a Vamo (used too about 10mths ago) and never had to take one apart as i never had a problem with it, sorry but maybe someone else can help.

Thank you Super-Shiny no worries, I have just been directed to a post of griegster's that describes how to repair the vamo but I think it is way beyond my capabilities so I shall start looking for a replacement!
