Oooh! now that is rather nice Daz, and I was expecting a monstrous price to go with it, not so!

Slight deviation, but as this is now a natter thread and we are talking decadent bling, anyone familiar with Mureno glass, made in Venice? I know, glass!?!? I yawned internally when the missus mentioned it, but it is, all of it, absolutely gorgeous. In one of the big shops on St Marks square they had a glass replica of a fender stratocaster guitar, breathtaking, yours for 17k Euros, now that was a serious bit of pointless bling :-) :-)

I love most things glass it has to be said Scooter . . . started my working life in the China & Glass department of John Lewis, so it's a love that has stayed with me.  How cool would a Murano glass mod be . . . there's the Torpedo tank that has a Pyrex glass option, so it could be possible! |
