The more the merrier. What's the capacity of the back bar? I remember it being quite big. If we could get a few MP's to come to the pub, that would be great! I'd love to take part in a bit of expenses fiddling with a MP.

Had a reply this morning from the venue saying it's all confirmed from 2pm and that the bar and amenities are fully accessible.

It's all sounding a bit to good to be true at the moment, but maybe that's just the cynic in me talking.

They did confirm the use of ecigs is ok? I know the meet got chucked out in Soho once, and we got asked to go outside at St Cristophers(luckily a warm evening).

I would like to enquire about booking either the Back Bar Tables or The Basement for our groups meeting on 11th January 2014.

We are a group of Electronic Cigarette enthusiasts known as 'Vapers'. We meet every 6 weeks and our group encompasses a cross section of society both male and female and attendance is growing month on month.

We now number anywhere between 30-70 attendees and we are in the process of looking for a permanent home for our get together.
Our members come from all walks of life, are polite and knowledgeable and we occasionally have the odd guest of honour attend. Most recently being Professor Carl V Phillips from the USA & Professor Peter Hajek (BARTS London). We aim to invite other Public Health Officials and Politicians to future meetings.

Obviously due to the nature of our meets it would be essential that the use of electronic cigarettes are not prohibited in your venue or at the very least in the section of the venue that we hire.

We are a happy and thirsty bunch so if there is a minimum spend required I doubt we would have much trouble meeting it.

Please let me know if your venue would be able to accommodate us.

I've vaped in their sister pub in Bethnal Green, but I don't know if they have a vaping policy. Marks email makes it pretty clear, I don't think they could of overlooked our intention to vape and drink. I am at work every day until the Fri the 10th. I can pop in for a beer(any excuse) on the way home, if it will help.

Ha ha if you stay sober you can pick the rest of us up,I believe they go on till 1am there,we have it from 2pm,there is food there but I believe lots around,just come as you feel bud there's no set time.
