My Mrs is not getting the xmas present hints!

So I've been hinting for maybe a week about a certain MVP2 as a possible xmas present and I wasn't getting great vibes.

I started by just letting her see that I was looking at it a lot,
then progressed to 'oh, this site has them much cheaper' type hints,
this moved on to maybe you could get me something vape related (this just got a laugh, and her telling me I'm obsessed)
then told her 'I'm going to go have a look at one at a shop nearby which I've found sells them', just to check I like it in the flesh(which I actually want to do anyhow as had couple of second thoughts).

And today just came out with it 'why don't you buy me this?'

to which she replied 'but that wouldn't be a surprise as you've told me you want it'

Maybe she's got it already and is trying to get you off the trail.

If so then it is her own fault, a sock with hole in is still fully usable but she insists on binning them!

I was very confused a few years ago to find My mum had bought me a Iron as a birthday present.......turns out my mrs had discussed it with my mum prior as a good present suggestion as we needed a new one

Well.. mrs has caved and asked where she can get a mvp2 from!!
Thing is all this reading has made me want a mod with a kick too

Now she has decided she/we can't afford it!
She is probably right, we just spent £110 on unexpected problem with electrics but that not the point!

Spent over £250 on her birthday in November on various stuff, was planning on toning it back a bit for xmas as we are bit tight but surely £40 won't break the bank, and was asking for it for birthday in January too!

Apparently the anti wrinkle cream for men that appeared last month that I didn't ask for/or want was £50 and was supposed to be a early xmas present lol.

I even bought her flowers today, ok only cost £1 as fella in town sells off stuff cheap if you catch him just before he goes home but....

God dam female scrouge lol.

In other news found shop in town that does decent stuff, some mods etc and a couple of MVPs in stock so saw one in the flesh and looks smaller than I thought it would be and not heavy, button bit stiff but could cope and looks bit daft with a protank but fine with mini/iclear16s etc.
