vamo stainless steel probs

Using a V2 Vamo now with a Panny 18650 protected 3400mah battery right now, have used them for well over a year now gixxernut, never had an issue with them, always used them. I bought them just about the same time as the Vamo, No dropping out or switching off etc, they behave exactly the same as the Panny 3400mah unprotected ones I use. Like I said, there are different versions and manufacturers, maybe it didn`t affect the early ones.

I've also used protected ones no problem but mostly use panny 3400s. The ones I had issues with were the cheap grey 18350s that came with the kit.

Tried all sorts of batteries. Was working fine till a few days ago.....

I may well be wrong - I'm not very experienced with batteries - but I've got the unprotected red ones, and I've seem the protected ones are black.

The black efest batteries will most likely be these which are unprotected.

Same here on a V3 Vamo ... Protected would not work at all ... Unprotected work a treat
