I Vape iClear stuff, 30 30s, and a Bottom Double Coil tank, why do they leak occasionally, the BDC more so, I cant figure it out. Full or half empty or almost empty, Juice suddenly every where. Why??? How???

Why do birds fly? Usually because there is an air leak somewhere and air can get into the tank - such as O ring failure, or centre tubes are not correct and pressing down on atomiser seals and so on. Another common fault in BCC is not enough wick to seal off the slots enough so air can get get by the wick too easily. On my protanks one leaked all the time and found it was the centre tube threads into the top cap were not sealed an air could get in slowly..I sealed threads with Araldite and problem solved.

Cheers Brambles, but if I'm Vaping away happily for a while, and suddenly get a leak how does that happen?? I can see how an air inrush would cause a leak though

Too tight a draw can also cause leaking, it means you draw in liquid faster than the coil can evaporate it. Not enough wick will mean that juice can overwhelm the wick. Pressure not being maintained within the tank due to I'll fitting parts or damaged or incorrectly placed seals. Those are the main reasons for leakage

One of the reasons i just love my Kayfun, no leaking or gurgles ever. i still like my pro tanks and iclear30s but they still leak now and again.

There is nothing that will not leek under some conditions. They have got, and are getting, much better all the time, but As you are feeding liquid to the heating coil, which is sat in the airflow, there Will ALWAYS be a possibility for some level of leekage. It is an inherent feature of all devices, sorry.

My brand new pro tank filled my mvp 2 with fluid and killed it, latest tank never leaks, it's an Aspire BDC CE5 clearomiser, also the one that came with the mvp doesn't leak either, don't know what type it is though.
