Hi,

I'm Robert, 36 years old, originally from Holland but moved to Scotland 2.5 years ago to be with the love of my life.
English is not my first language, so sorry if you see spelling mistakes once a while :-)

Eight months ago my girlfriend got pregnant (with a boy we know now) and I promised to stop smoking...after smoking for more than 20 years
First cold turkey, after that patches and chewing gum and after that champix.
Non of it helped and my girl eventually agreed I was just a smoker and there was nothing to fix that.
Until I bought a shisha pen from v2 cigs, that was a turning point. V2 juice is horrible by the way, don't try it :-P
I'm now 3 days cigarette free and happily vaping :-D

Yesterday I got a ce4 clearomiser with an ego battery and was quite happy, until I read on this forum it was crap and that there is muuuuuch better gear out there.
I'm now looking at evods, which, apperantly, are vaping heaven :-)

You all seem very nice and I'm happy I found this forum :-)

evods & iclear 16s are both good I was like you tried everything and failed but after over 40 years of smoking e cigs have worked , its nealy 18 months smoke free now & I have never missed a smoke .
Just find ( not easy ) the right liquid .
this forum helped me lots & I am shure you will find it the same

Welcome to AAEC. I've been to Holland a few times.

Nothing wrong with an eGo and CE4. Personally, I don't use evods anymore either ??? but they are good.

If you find yourself vaping more than you expect, try a Kanger T3S instead. Almost identical in terms of the vape, but bigger and easier to see what's going on.

Although I have some large(r) tanks, I still use clearomisers most of the time. iClears, mini Protanks (like a glass evod) and other stuff too.

Enjoy the forum and feel free to ask anything at all.

Hello Mafkees1233 and welcome to our forum. Be prepared to get confused by all the information on here, we all do at first, so many choices it is difficult to know what to buy, let your pocket be your guide, then when you have saved loads of money from not smoking, you can spend a bit more on the bigger and better vaping equipment.

Congratulations to you both on the imminent birth of your baby, put up some pics won't you when the baby is born, we love pics on here.
