Better mods out there for the same money.

Every lavatube I've had has failed (usually the button) I've had 6.

These days the most use the remaining 1 I have is used as a battery checker.

They are a damn fine battery checker mind

I've had a couple of Lavatube's Gaz . . . absolutely no issues with either of them. But the technology is a little dated compared to the newer devices around now.

Personally I'd go for either a Vamo or a MVP2 . . . the ohms checking facility on both is very handy as is the Ego threading.
