Having lived without electric for 3 weeks when moving house (flaming lazy builders) I can understand what you are going through.

I hope you get switched back on very soon.

I managed to get through to customer relations this morning to say we'd be taking them up on their offer of a hotel & meals (£50 per head per day ) for the 5 of us and hey presto the electric has just been switched back on
