I'm reducing my nic content, so last time I worked out how much juice I could make I was vaping 18mg. I worked out I could make 2.5 litres. I've reduced to 11mg, and ordered a litre of 72mg. I'm now scared to work out what this lot will make.

Just wondering seniorphil about cutting down my Nicotine too, I started on 18mg, but have cut down to 12mg and am thinking about 10mg, I don't want to think about Fags, so I don't want TOO much of a drop.But about 2 weeks after cutting down, successfully to 12mg I accidentally filled a Tank with 18mg and almost fell down!!. Have you tried 11mg yet? What would you plan to do if you felt you needed to increase again, would you go up in 1mg steps, or do you think go 18mg and come down from there again??
I'm asking as coping strategies DEFINATELY helped me stop Smoking (Vaping being one that I use all the time)

When I started in July I was on 24mg, and needed it to kill the craving. After a month or so I decided to have a go at cutting to 18mg. I felt cravings again and found myself reaching for my old tobacco tin. I went back to 24mg and decided to start mixing. Since then I've cut down 2mg per month, and I don't notice the drop. I used to watch the puff counter on my MVP to make sure I wasn't puffing twice as much. I do start vaping 11mg while still officially vaping 12mg. So that may help with the transition. If I was having problems I'd step back up to where I was comfortable. It's important for me to to do it with no will power, as I am lacking in self control.
I am fortunate as I am unfussy and can vape any flavour, and am quite happy vaping the same flavour all month. I do normally mix 2 or 3 flavours though.
I think above everything remember the fags your not smoking and if it takes 2 years or more to kick the nic, who cares it's a clean addiction the vape.
I give my surplus juice to a friend. She only smoked 2 or 3 fags a day, so manages on my cast offs. She hasn't clicked on that it's getting weaker. I will keep quietly weaning her off nicotine and only tell her when she is free.
