Well after a very enjoyable crimbo here i am back to report my sins
boxing day i whent to meet my dad who i dont see that often for a bevvy or 2
it was a 12.30 meet ,,i set off to town at 10.30 thinking i could have a neb in the sales 1st
well most the shops were shut so i only bought 1 thing for the laddo ,,carefully or some would say skillfully making sure it fitted in my pocket so i didnt have to carry owt big around all day :-D
well as i had 90 more mins to wait till my meeting i decided that weatherspoons was a good as place as any :-)
whilst the mighty fine guinness was sliding down the hatch my uncle rang..he was in town and decided a breakfast tipple would suit him too :-)
4 pints later off we trundled up to meet my dad ,,several pints later at around 4pm my uncle decided he had drunk as much as he could and was going to wobble off home....another hour passed when my dad decided his time had also arrived
it was then i though i should also go get something to eat and take myself home too
but whilst passing one of my regular pubs thought i better go in and say my hello`s as you do
well this story is going on far too long already ,,so to try and get to the point at 9.30pm just as i was apparently waiting for my taxi i bumped into a long time friend that i havnt seen for some time ,,and he instantly got the fags out and gave me one

i had three drags ................yuk ,,,and that guys is as much as i recall merry christmas and a very happy new year to you all

millerkev - after all that drinkage, I really don't think that 3 drags of a fag is going to un-convert you back to tobacco! Sounds like you had a good liquid day, and just hope the present in your pocket made it home intact!!
